The quality of having experience, knowledge and good judgement.

Armed with the Wisdom required for better judgement of boundary setting and personal needs. Creating the Courage to set the boundaries that allow you to meet your needs and obtain Serenity.

Life evolves. We cannot sit still. Knowledge evolves, or our knowledge sometimes needs refreshed. No matter how much we believe we know about a topic there is always more that can be discovered.

Living under the stress of having a loved one as a using or recovering addict means it can be difficult to show the Wisdom of good judgement.

As both a Life Coach and an established Recovering Addict, I can understand and
educate deeply on the nuances of your loved one’s addiction and behaviors.

Just as we need knowledge and understanding of the addict in our life, we also need a deep understanding of our own needs and wants. You will have the Wisdom to achieve the healthiest possible version of yourself, providing for your own needs while coping with the situation you find yourself in.

You will examine and overcome your own self-imposed belief barriers, rebuild your own confidence, remove fears and learn coping mechanisms for life’s stressful situations. With this new Wisdom you can change your world.

With newly acquired Wisdom will come better judgement.
Re-examining your current situation through the lens of this new Wisdom, will allow you to discover ways to
improve both your current situation, and to continue improvement going forward.

If you live with or love a using addict, enablement is a continuous problem. Are you enabling? Do you have to enable certain things? Can you refuse to enable anything?
What are you doing that is enabling the addict in your life that you don’t even realize you are doing. These questions are often not black and white answers, more shades of grey.
In all but a few cases, enablement will exist somewhere if you are living with an addict. Often it is almost impossible to have them in your life without a certain amount of enablement.
Ensuring you have the Wisdom to know when and why you are enabling the addict in your life is crucial to your understanding of the situation you are currently living in. This Wisdom will allow you to see where potential changes and improvements may be made. Once you understand enablement, you can again examine boundaries.

You will have the Wisdom required to re-evaluate your situation and identify changes to be made or boundaries to be set.
This Wisdom combined with confidence rebuilding will give you the Courage to make those changes that need to be made or set those boundaries that need to be set. By implementing and sticking to your boundaries you create your Serenity.
