We are proud to have designed fully flexible courses that can be tailored to your needs.
We know that no matter how desperate your situation appears, we can help you move
to feelings of Serenity, Courage and Wisdom.

Our goal is to assist the family and loved ones of addicts in all stages of their journey (using or in recovery), through a combination of life coaching and education, to better understand, be prepared with coping mechanisms, and have strong boundaries for any issues that arise through their unique situation of living with an addict.  

We do this by providing an empathic ear, educating about addiction, teaching coping mechanisms, enhancing understanding, ensuring you have a personalized strategy and toolkit for any scenario which may arise while you are in the difficult position of living with or loving an addict.

Courses are delivered online in 1-hour slots, weekly.
Unfortunately, we cannot cater for people under 18 years old, currently.
